Offer a simple recipe of salad of roasted beets with mozzarella. Cooked very quickly. Lovely Breakfast, and a snack!!!
Ingredients

Olive oil

Honey
0.25 tsp

Black pepper
0.5 tsp

Mustard
0.25 tsp
Cooking
Beets peel and cut into slices. Bake the beets in foil at 200C in the oven for 40min., the oven turned off, the beet was left in the oven until cool.
Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, honey, prepared mustard, black pepper.
Beets pour with the dressing.
Mozzarella cut into small pieces, put it between the beets, Basil to pick, to decorate the salad and top with the pepper black pepper.
