Description

Balsamic cherries
Very interesting, fragrant, spicy cherries. Perfect for meat and cheese. Or just with fresh bread. You can use frozen cherries.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Corn starch

  • Water

    50 ml

Cooking

1. The cherries put sugar in a bucket or a saucepan.

2. Put on medium heat and caramelize the cherries for 2-3 minutes. Starch to dissolve in water.

3. In cherries add salt and vinegar, bring to a boil and pour in the starch. Again, bring to the boil and remove from heat.
