Cooking
The dough -------------------- -------------- Margarine to RUB on a large grater and mix with cottage cheese.
In kefir add soda and wait for the reaction. Pour the yogurt into cottage cheese, add salt and sugar stir. Knead the dough. It should be not very steep and pleasant to work.
Filling -------------------- ---------------- peel and cut into half rings onions, lightly fry it until medium soft. Add dry herbs to your taste. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Cheese rubbed on a coarse grater, beat the eggs and put the sour cream - stir. Mint wash, cut.
Roll out the dough on the baking pan - round or rectangle. Transfer the batter into the pan, to form ledges. Put the browned onions, mint and then pour the cheese - sour cream mixture.
Bake in the oven at temp. = 180-190 gr. approximately 50 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
