Birthday cake
This cake will be a beautiful decoration for any table!!! Quick, beautiful and delicious pie!!!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Flour

  • Cognac

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    6 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Kiwi

    3 piece

  • Orange

    1.5 piece

  • Apricot

    0.5 piece

Knead the dough of 2 eggs, 200 gr sugar, margarine and flour, put into a form, making a small bumpers.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, pre-punctured with a fork.

Mix 4 tbsp. of water and 120 grams sugar to prepare syrup. I cooked for 10 minutes after complete dissolution of sugar. Beat 2 eggs, vanilla sugar and cognac.

Add the resulting syrup.

Whisk the resulting mass to a white foam.

Finely chop the nuts. Add nuts to the syrup.

Pour mixture over baked crust and put another 5 minutes in a hot oven

Kiwi clean, cut into slices. To do the same with orange.
