Pie fruit
Delicious fruit cake, very light and delicate.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Black tea

    50 ml

  • Fruit

    200 g

  • The sugar syrup

    150 ml

Cooking

Whisk the eggs with the sugar.

Pour tea and fruit syrup. Add flour mixed with baking powder.

Add the fruit slices and stir. The dough will be quite liquid, as sour cream. Pour it into a greased form and bake about 1 hour (at 180°).

The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
