Meatloaf with green cheese
Juicy, flavorful and tender meat loaf! Very tasty! Help yourself!

Ingredients

Meat to beat. Marinate with finely chopped garlic, soy sauce and spices (for 20-30 minutes, can be more).

While the meat is marinating, prepare the filling. Curd grind herbs finely chopped, cheese grate on a fine grater. My egg was cooked - it also shredded on a grater. But you can take raw egg - even easier. Add softened butter and mix everything carefully.

Evenly spread the stuffing on the meat, leaving a little to the edges,

roll it up and fold the "snail".

"Snail" put in foil (2-3 layers), for juiciness add sliced tomato.

Foil to tightly wrap the meat and send in a preheated 180 degree oven. Cook the meat for 1-1. 5 hours, depending on the oven. For a browned, you can uncover the foil shortly before readiness. I didn't, wanting to save a large amount of released juice and most of the flavor in the dish.

Roll cut into slices and serve with vegetables, herbs and sour cream. Very good and with creamy garlic sauce.
