Ribbon salad zucchini and carrots
Zucchini is not often used in salads. But in vain! Offer to cook easy, delicious, savory and healthy salad with a light Asian touch, you will not regret.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

Our simple parts:

The zucchini and carrots and cut the ends with a knife for cleaning potatoes cut into strips the full length.

In a large pot boil enough water, 2 liters. Put in a saucepan a sieve or colander so that it is immersed in boiling water half. Put in the pan chopped vegetables and keep in boiling water for about 1 minute. Remove the colander from the pot and allow the vegetables to cool.

On a dry pan fry sesame seeds until light yellowing.

In a separate container, mix the products for the filling: vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, grated ginger and finely chopped dill.

Spread the vegetables in a salad bowl, pour dressing, mix gently and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Ready!
