Very spicy pickled cucumbers
In anticipation of an early start of the season blanks I want to share an amazing recipe for pickled cucumbers, recipe of which is found a couple of years ago in the blog of Irina Rybchinskiy. Get delicious, crispy and sooo spicy pickles! Such as I love, for me, this recipe is perfect! So, lovers of spicy, this recipe is for you!

Cucumbers should be pre-washed and soaked in cold running water for 6-8 hours. I was soaked in well water. The water needs to be changed, the more the better.

Then pour in a jar of 120ml of vinegar and 3 tablespoons of vodka. Attention! This 3-liter jar. If banks take a smaller amount, calculate the proportion. Ie if You have 3 cans of 1 l, respectively, pour in each can of 40ml of vinegar and 1 tbsp of vodka, etc.
