Warm salad of mushrooms and Chinese cabbage
I suggest You to try warm salad of mushrooms and Chinese cabbage. At least products, quickly prepared, affordable products, and most importantly very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

The salad is fried on high heat, so all ingredients must be prepared and sliced. Mushrooms cut into slices, onion - half rings, and cabbage - strips.

For the sauce mix in a container the chopped garlic, sesame seeds, 1st. L. vegetable oil and soy sauce (I used Kikkoman TM).

The products are prepared, the sauce is blended, you can now begin roasting. In a pan pour 2 tbsp oil, heat, add mushrooms and sauté 4 minutes on high heat (that would be the mushrooms were roasted, not stewed). Next, add the onion and fry for 3 minutes on high heat, stirring constantly.

Next add the cabbage, the sauce, mix all and fry for another 3 minutes on high heat, stirring occasionally. Then turn off the stove and put the warm salad on the plate.

On top of salad optional sprinkle with pepper and chopped dill. Warm salad of mushrooms and Chinese cabbage is ready. Welcome to the table.
