The seaweed salad with meat
Seaweed is a unique product. It is a source of iodine in organic form, a source of macro and micro elements. The cooking is simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Sea Kale

    75 g

  • Meat

    300 g

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • A mixture of spices

  • Soy sauce

Cooking

Dried seaweed cover with cold water and leave for 30 minutes. Otmuchow cabbage to wash out, to touch

Cut into strips (I like it so wide ribbons) and pour a weak solution of acetic acid (10%) for 10 minutes (if you don't like sour don't use vinegar), rinsed and drained

A piece of fat meat cut into thin slices and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Remove from heat

Fry the sesame seeds

To connect fried meat, seaweed, sesame, seasoning (soy sauce, ground coriander, hot pepper and paprika, black pepper, a whisper of sugar and crushed garlic). If desired, add favorite herbs. Stir and let cook. Similarly, to prepare a salad without meat. You can substitute roasted meat on boiled and sliced eggs.
