Appetizer of eggplant
Dear cooks! It's the season for eggplant and I want to offer You my favorite snack from this wonderful vegetable.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    12 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

We will need 12 large eggplants. Wash and cut the leaves of the stalk, but the stalk leave, so it will be easier to flip the eggplant.

Next, carefully heat on the stove a piece of metal (heavy, which is usually brewed tea) and bake for 3 eggplants. Each eggplant roll 4 times. Bake for 5-7 minutes on each side. You can bake eggplant in the oven, but I prefer a piece of iron, because in this case we get a wonderful smell of fire.

Cut the eggplant into cubes, garlic RUB on a small grater. Add salt to taste, pepper. Stir. Add the butter, again mix this well so all the oil the eggplant absorbed.
