Gentle and healthy pate of beans and beets with the addition of cream cheese with herbs, garlic and walnuts

  • Beans

  • Beets

    4 piece

  • Cheese curd

    140 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Walnuts

  • Greens

Beans KIDNEY dark red TM"Mistral" soak for 3-4 hours, after which boil until tender, drain in a colander and cool. Boil beetroot, cool and clean

The cooled beans to put into the blender

Add beets and garlic

Grind until smooth. Add salt to taste and mix well. The pate is ready

As a festive alternative, you can apply the paste into tartlets and garnish with greens and sprinkled with crushed walnuts
