Strudel with apples
This recipe is for those who prefer very simple recipes. Going to the cottage, we had something to bake. Sister said that in a culinary duel did roll out puff pastry with currant jam and apples. So I made one. Ate quickly, everybody liked. The second time a little changed the recipe. Wonderful roll.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    500 g

  • Red currants

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Lightly roll out the dough, brush with currants. The first time I spread it thinner.

Apples cut into thin slices and put in the currants. The first time I did the Antonovka, and the second time with a sweet Apple. Sweet I liked more.

Bake at 180-200 degrees until cooked. Cool.

I tried to combine 2 layer of dough, but the seam is, unfortunately, disagrees. As it is served sliced, it's not terrible. The first time I took the dough leavened and unleavened for the second time. I liked it more with the yeast.

If you have walnuts, you can sprinkle them, but we had peanuts. Then add the lemon, which is pre-grate with zest on a fine grater. To roll the strudel, place it on a greased baking sheet seam side down and send in the oven.
