Favorite thin-crust pizza.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 ml

  • Milk

    130 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Red onion

  • Tuna

  • Tomato

  • Oregano

  • Cheese

Make the dough: dissolve yeast in warm water, add a pinch of sugar, 1tbsp.l. flour, mix well, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place until the formation of the foam cap (20-30min).

Knead the dough: in proseyannuyu flour mixed with salt, pour in the yeast mixture, warm milk, olive oil.Knead the dough (10-15 minutes).The dough should be elastic and easy to come unstuck from hands.The kneaded dough cover with a towel and set in a warm place for 1-1/2 hours,after more of the test in 1.5-2 times obtinem it and again knead it for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm., and pierce holes with a fork (in order to release excess air).
