Autumn is coming by leaps and bounds. It will be raining with a cold, biting wind, and again quietly creeping epidemic of influenza. We are already stocked with rose hips, lime blossom, lemon, raw jam, throat-rips, and of course, black radish. After all, she is known to contains essential oils with antibacterial properties that can replace antibiotics. So it is recommended as a preventive measure against colds. Anyway, this is a miracle vegetable. That's just not everyone's taste... Try to make this simple layered salad, and hopefully black radish you will look in a new way :)

Cooking
Boil and peel the eggs, potatoes and carrots. Radish peel and grate on a small grater. Divide into three equal parts. Separate the whites from the yolks. I made homemade mayonnaise with mustard, but it's Your choice. In the bottom of a deep salad bowl put the chopped potatoes, salt, pepper to taste and mayonnaise
Next comes the first 1/3 part of the radish...
... grated on a coarse grater carrots...
... the second 1/3 part of the radish...
... next comes the Apple, also grated on a large grater...
... the last 1/3 part of the radish...
... finely chopped egg whites and all the newly good coat of mayonnaise.
The final layer of crushed yolks.
Now I need to leave the salad to rest for 1 hour, and you can start tasting. Prerequisite - do not put the entire radish at once, but distributed on 3 layers!!! Believe me, it strongly affects the taste!!! And yet, due to the presence of carrot and Apple salad turns out very tender, very juicy! I really hope that salad will find its fans! Bon appetit!!!
