Cake with sour cream baked soufflé
Incredibly tender cake with an elegant finish of sweet grapefruit.

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Corn starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    150 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Grapefruit

So, let's start. Cookies grind. I usually do with the help of a rolling pin.

Melt the butter and mix with biscuits to "wet sand". Put it on the bottom of the form and compacted.

Sweet grapefruit /can be replaced by a broom/ clean from the inner film and to disassemble into small pieces.

Our cake was prepared for home use, so I just sprinkled it with icing sugar and decorated it with black currants.

This is a simple but very tender and tasty dessert. While baking, the juice from the grapefruit soaked sand based and gives the cake an elegant citrus flavor and aroma.
