Salad
The salad is prepared simply and expensive it can not be called. It is made with salmon, calamari or caviar. I want to introduce a cheap version of this salad. This is a layered salad, main ingredient: squid, they are, in General, neutral taste complemented by the sweet and sour notes of pickles and pears. Turns out tender salad with bright flavors.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Squid peel, wash, put in boiling water for exactly 3 minutes, remove and cool. Then slice it into thin wedges.

Finely chop the onion and scalded with boiling water to get rid of bitterness. Drain hot water and rinse onions with cold water to cool.

Boiled eggs peel, separate whites from yolks and RUB on a small grater.

Grate on a coarse grater (or cut into small cubes) boiled carrots, pickled cucumbers (not too spicy) and pear ( purified from skin). Grated pear and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. I took a pear "Conference".

The salad can be prepared on a platter or a La carte. Put the prepared ingredients in thin layers. Layers apply a thin mayonnaise grid. I used mayonnaise "Maheev". 1 layer-half of the squid.
