Peremeci
Every respectable Tatar family cook peremeci (they mirimachi). These are fried pies gardocki in the right side top. The meat used is raw.

Ingredients

  • Meat

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    320 ml

Knead the dough from Dry yeast 1.5 tsp. Flour - 500 g Salt - 1 tsp Sugar - 0.5. tbsp melt Margarine - 50 g Butter stretch - 1 tbsp warm Milk - 320 ml

I did in the bread maker in "Dough" Without a bread machine: Put in a warm place until increase in 2 times (about 1 h)
