Potato and cheese bagels
I have to say they are not airy, but very tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    240 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    7 Tbsp

  • Dressing

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil potatoes, do NOT add SALT, drain and dry on a low heat. Mash and cool. Add the flour with the baking powder and grated cheese. Knead soft, dont stick to the dough.

Grated cheese ( preferably not too salty ) mixed with the "Dressing for the pickle" from TM "Maggie" until smooth.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each into a circle, cut into segments. On the edge to put the rest of the filling, tuck the edges and rolled into a roguelike.

Bake at t=180 for about 30 mins until tender. Can be eaten hot or cold.
