Description
Not so long ago, I decided to whip up balls that somehow I was safely abandoned in the far corners of memory. Make them a long time ago, long before the advent of the Internet. Taught uncle's wife. Good this appetizer that is cooked in a minimum amount of time from a minimum amount of products that you can buy in the shop in case of unexpected guests. Spicy taste and very original look:) However, in the original recipe as a "surprise" are used olives, or olives. But, as in our family no one likes neither one nor the other, with the filling, I experimented:)

Cooking
For cooking meals we need: 1. The cheese melted-6 pieces 2. Crab sticks large-5 PCs. 3. Shrimp (I had the Royal. You can also use smoked mussels)-7 PCs 4. Mayonnaise-2 tablespoons. 5. Garlic-3 cloves. 6. Pickled cucumbers (gherkins I have. I think with a fresh cucumber is also delicious.)-3 PCs 7. Dill, parsley.
On a fine grater grate the fresh garlic
Crab sticks. Crab sticks and cheese before cooking to remove in the freezer to make it easier to grate.
Combine grated cheese, garlic, dill, mayonnaise. All mix well.
Cut cucumbers in small pieces.
Shrimp pre-boil until cooked in salted water to clean. I had the Royal shrimp, so I cut each in half for easy cooking.
Make the curd lepeshechki. Each flapjack spread in the middle of the filling: for one lepeshechki cucumbers, on the other shrimp.
Take each ball and coat it in grated crab sticks.
This ball is supposed to be. Not like the famous candy "Rafaelo"?;)
Put our balls on a plate. Send for 30 minutes in the refrigerator (if it really really urgently need), and better longer. Before serving, decorate with sprigs of dill and parsley.
