To be honest, I don't know the name of this dish. So cook the pumpkin in some parts of Azerbaijan. This is a very tasty and healthy dish. When cooked for the first time, I didn't believe in it edible. But I was wrong, it turned out not just edible, but very tasty. While preparing - the scent is stunning. Preparing elementary, doing, basically, nothing. It's only my second recipe with pumpkin in the framework of the competition "Bright mood", so to win is not particularly expect, but still... ; )

Cooking
Pumpkin peel and cut into cubes. Salt.
The pre-boil lentils until soft. Finely chop the onion. Put the lentils into the pumpkin, top bow. Again salt.

Cover with a lid and put on medium heat. Periodically check the water. If the water is evaporated, it can be a little add.
