I love to cook simple salads. In this combination of taste, color, and ease of use in all respects. Usually we prepare it with any of my two favorite fillings and served on a side dish to baked fish. The name of the salad matches the one of the German names, corn salad, his main ingredient. And this salad will be especially important in fall, because its ingredients help treat depression, reduce stress and improve mood.

Cooking
The corn salad, wash and dry.
Dried pumpkin seeds on a dry pan. Allow to cool.
Boiled or baked beets cut into very thin slices.
Mix the filling. The gas station № 1 go fresh lemon juice, honey, mustard and olive oil. For the filling No. 2 take the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix the dressing in the Cup or by the method of Jamie Oliver, a small jar with a screw lid (put the ingredients into a container and close properly, shake).
Gently mix the corn salad, beets and dressing. Spread on a plate.
Sprinkle to taste with salt, freshly ground pepper and pumpkin seeds. Immediately served to the table. To your health!
