Cooking

step-0
Duck washed, cut into pieces. In the cauldron, pour 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil, put the meat, chop one onion, salt and pepper.
step-1
Simmer the duck for about forty minutes in their own juice.
step-2
Then pour the boiling water so that the water completely covered the duck in two inches from the top. Taste for salt and pepper, if necessary, added.
step-3
You can sprinkle dry tomatoes, and dried herbs. But you can not to pour, this is just Amateur my husband. Simmer for about an hour.
step-4
While the duck cooked, prepare the dough. Dough dumplings. I did in the bread machine: flour - 450 gr., salt - 0,5 tsp egg - 1 PC., water - 210 ml, and put on the mode "dumplings" 20 minutes.
step-5
While knead the dough, make a bow. Onion (I counted 15 medium heads), cleaned and cut into rings. Roll out the prepared dough into one large circle, and distribute according to it the chopped onion. Yeah, right forgot to write that the onions on top and season with salt and pepper.
step-6
Roll the dough with the onion stuffing roll.
step-7
Cut into equal parts, the size as "manti".
step-8
Put the rolls into the cauldron of meat.
step-9
Put on a high heat (but not very high), and simmer without a lid until, until it boils away all the water, about 30 minutes.
step-10
Well, everything. On the dish lay out, first, the duck and top with the onion rolls.
step-11
Bon appetit!!!)))
