Cooking
Pepper wash, cut in half and remove the core. Ready halves of the pepper spread in a baking dish.
Chicken fillet wash and cut into small pieces. Lightly fry in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. To the chicken add pre-boiled rice, salt, pepper to taste and mix well.
Fill the peppers with the stuffing, to which you can add chopped greens. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. And sent to the peppers in the preheated oven.
Once the cheese on top is browned, it means that the peppers can get out of the oven.
