For starters we will need a cucumber, rice, smoked trout, mayonnaise, red caviar.
Boil the rice, cut the cucumber cubes.
Put in glasses, cucumbers, trout sliced, mayonnaise.

From top to decorate red caviar, and petals of chrysanthemums (chrysanthemums are only for decoration).
