Description
What could be better than the aroma of freshly baked homemade bread? Bread baking is a great opportunity to relax, reflect and enjoy the process! I suggest You try these mini-loaves, they get a very crispy crust and tender, fluffy crumb. This recipe I am posting for my lovely girlfriend Masha (Mary Stone) in honor of her Birthday!

Opara. In water to dissolve the yeast, add the flour and stir. It is quite a thick, viscous mass. Put to heat for 15 minutes or until caps.
Dough. In water to dissolve the yeast, add salt, 20 ml of olive oil (or vegetable), the yeast mixture and half the flour. Mix well, gradually adding flour, knead the dough. I have flour left 230g flour, guided by the flour. The dough will be smooth, does not stick to hands and a little dense.
The dough put in a warm place for 1 hour before increasing in volume twice.
After the time the to press down dough, divide in two and roll out each to a rectangle (~20*30). Coat with olive oil, wrap into a tight roll and put seam side down on a silicone Mat (or parchment). Along the top, make one cut and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Be guided by your oven.
