Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

First, stir in warm water, the yeast, sugar and salt until dissolved
