Cooking

step-0
Knead the dough. In a bowl, pour warm milk, add sugar, the yeast, give them to friends to 10 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients, knead the dough, if the dough is watery, add more flour. Leave in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. Punch down dough and start forming. Since I'm too lazy to knead the dough by hand, I use x, I use the program "Main batch".
step-1
Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll out a rectangle, apply an even layer of raspberry jam.
step-2
Spinning the dough roll.
step-3
Divide the dough into pieces of about 3 cm put in a disposable muffin tin or muffin. I have a strong and stable form.
step-4
Do the same thing with the second piece of dough, only use a walnut-chocolate paste.
step-5
Allow the rolls to rise in a warm place, about 20-30 minutes. Rolls to coat with egg and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. From the specified number of test I got 28 rolls, number of rolls depends entirely on the size of the muffin pan, as they can be larger or smaller.
step-6
Next, take a broom, put it in a glass. At first I wanted to put buns on a regular toothpicks, but I did not succeed as they are short.
step-7
Skewer the rolls I'm on long skewers for canapes, doing great! Take out is also convenient, he pulled the skewer and pulled it along with the bun. The bouquet I decorated with leaves of roses and petals.
