Buns Roses with cottage cheese

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    70 ml

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Pudding

    40 g

In warm milk add, salt, sugar 4 tbsp, butter, and yeast. Mix well. Add the flour and knead the dough.

Leave the dough in a warm place until it increases in volume by 2 times.

Make filling: in curd, add 1 tbsp sugar and a pack of pudding. Stir with a spoon, but not to turn the filling into a liquid mess. Spread the dough into balls the size of the patties. Each ball roll into a circle and make cuts as in the photo.

Last, the biggest petal close (wrap) rosettes and to take the edge. Give the roses to stand for 10 minutes, brush with egg yolk or milk. Send in the oven at 200 C until ready.
