Fern with pork
Only Sunday left, collected ferns, pickled, and today my men are asked to prepare. I looked on the website there is a similar recipe. But this recipe I thought up 25 years ago when few people used the fern for food, and his recipes are not in cookbooks.

Ingredients

  • Fern

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Soy sauce

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Monosodium glutamate

  • Greens

Fern soaked in cold water for 10 hours, periodically changing the water.
