liver wash,dry,season with salt and pepper,sprinkle with herbs and let stand for 30 minutes. bacon cut into uniform slices,onions into quarters. take wooden skewers,take the fat,liver,onion, and so in order. I have each stick had 4 piece of liver. form for baking lay foil,lay the skewers and bake for 10 minutes,then flip and another 10 minutes,the main thing is not overdry. serve with any salad.
