Found this recipe on another site and decided to share with you! Delicious, simple and affordable! One digression: according to the recipe is cinnamon, but my home it had no taste! Next time cinnamon will be replaced by vanilla!!! Very interesting taste: crisp on top and inside a liquid cream)))

Cooking
The butter in a saucepan and put on fire. While it melted, separate the whites from the yolks.
When the butter has melted, reduce the heat and pour into a saucepan about 2-thirds of flour, sifted through a sieve, stirring constantly with a whisk. Continue to work with a whisk for a further 2 minutes, without removing from fire.
Add to the mix the cinnamon and mix well.
Pour in the milk, stirring constantly. To interfere until then, until the cream begins to boil, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
To drive the egg yolks one at a time, stirring quickly so they do not have time to coagulate.
A great dish to wipe vegetable oil and a little sprinkle with breadcrumbs (I had this dish was not, had to use a large plastic container, the taste is not affected))) to Shift the resulting cream evenly over capacity (the optimum thickness approximately 2 cm).
Allow to cool and put the dish in the freezer for about 3 hours (the cream should be completely frozen, easy to cut)
Mix well with a fork the egg whites (do not beat). Next, cut the frozen cream into squares, diamonds or triangles. Now, attention: important moment!! It is very important to act quickly so that the cream does not have time to melt. Each piece is carefully roll in flour, then dip in protein and in the end thoroughly breaded with breadcrumbs.
Fry the slices in plenty of oil. The oil should be very hot, and the frying - very fast. Shift to paper towel to soak up excess fat.
Serve hot with berry sauce or liquid jam. Bon appetit!!
