Description

Marmalade fruit cake
These candies can be prepared from any fruit and berries. And for those who have a juicer, a recipe is particularly useful. I always feel sorry to throw away the cake remaining after the juicing, because it still has so many vitamins and fiber. About possible, I try to use it when cooking different dishes. Today I want to offer you to make a meal of marmalade. It will take 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Nectarine

    450 g

    250 g

    2 Tbsp

  • Agar-agar

Cooking

step-0
Thanks to the juicer Srarlett I made a delicious juice from the mango and nectarines. Remained flavorful and healthy meal is 230 gr. At first I was planning to cook the stuffing out of it for cake, but the kids asked for candy (in the summer I often cook berries or fruit marmalade) and I succumbed to their entreaties. step-1
If you know what you will be cooking the marmalade in advance, soak the agar-agar – 2 teaspoons in half a glass of water. He needs to swell at least 20 minutes. Then crush the cake, if it has large pieces, use immersion blender.
step-2
Add in the swollen agar 2-5 tbsp of sugar. The amount of sugar will depend on the sweetness of your fruit than the sweeter they are, the less you will need of sugar. Put on fire and stirring constantly boil for 2 minutes.
step-3
Now remove from heat and enter a fruit cake mix to a smooth consistency and return to the fire. Stirring constantly cook for 5 minutes.
step-4
Fill the molds.
step-5
When the jelly is completely cooled it is ready. This marmalade can be stored for only 2 days, since we almost never cooked. If you want to marmelade long-term storage, then add in a meal half a glass of water, and before adding the agar, boil for 30 minutes. Please note, if you do this marmalade cake Apple or pear, before squeezing to remove the core. My kids eat candy with pleasure, and I am glad that they are getting a lot of fiber and vitamins. Can poeksperimentirovat and putting for the toppings in the middle of a small berry or a nut.
