Custard cottage cheese dessert with jam
Very tasty and low-calorie dessert with a low-calorie jam, just a song!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    80 ml

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla

  • Jam

    100 ml

Cooking

In the bowl of a processor put the cheese, sugar, butter, egg, sour cream and a pinch of vanilla.

Include the processor in pulse mode and mix well to obtain a homogeneous mass.

To shift the resulting mass into a saucepan or casserole and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly.

Pour cheesecake dessert jars or moulds.

Send in the fridge for 1-2 hours. After the dessert has cooled down, add in the jar of low-calorie jam D arbo - apricot and bring to the table. Bon appetit!!!
