Accidentally found the blog of a cook (female) from Norway, were not able to leave. So many interesting things. So decided to try. Bread Clamshell - the name of the author. Puff bread (probably even almost a cake :) ) with cheese and charcuterie. Perfect for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The recipe is simple enough, but I became interested in the method of forming the bread. Only in this particular recipe didn't have the exact proportions of dough, so the dough - mine checked :)

Start making the dough. Yeast breed in warm water, add the warm milk, salt, sugar and half the flour. Allow to stand for 10-15 min. Enter the melted butter and add remaining flour.
The dough is slightly sticky, but not liquid. The amount of flour may vary slightly, because it depends on its quality. Well knead the dough, cover with a towel and give "rest" him for about 1 hour.
Prepare the filling. Cheese grate on a grater. Smoked meat cut into cubes - I had a roll with Turkey with peppers, but so can any flavorful smoked meat. Mix 10 gr. melted butter and mustard. The dough is not very suitable - do not be surprised.
So, proceed to the formation of loaves. Take our dough. Sprinkle flour on table and knead it 10 min before it will cease to stick to hands, but! much flour to add is not necessary. Next, roll the dough into a rectangular layer thickness of about 3-4 mm and brush with the mustard butter mixture. Take our form. Vystelim foil, slightly grease with vegetable oil. Cut our dough into 4 to 6 pieces in size of the bottom of the form for baking (depends on shape). Next, take the piece cut off and vystelim in the form greased side up, cover with cheese and charcuterie. Him vystelim the second piece and just sprinkle cheese and meats, etc.
