Yes, this is braised cabbage. But I cook it no more than 7-10 minutes. This recipe on the website is not found. Cabbage is excellent for toppings - not too fat, not too soft and very fragrant. Often the cabbage cook for dinner as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    20 ml

Slice the onions very finely. On a coarse grater RUB the carrots. Also shred the cabbage on a special grater.

In vegetable oil fry the onion. Do everything at maximum fire and constantly stirred. After a couple of minutes add the carrots. Stir fry it with onions for another minute.

Now cabbage. Spread it in the pan, throw a Bay leaf pieces, salt, percu (I don't add in the cabbage any tomatoes or tomato juice). And, constantly stirring, the carcass 4 to 5 minutes. Ready!
