Description
Today, I baked savory pie. Him, I seduced the neighbor, whose girlfriend lives in France and who gave her the recipe for this wonderful cake. We, of course, France is far, Parmesan I didn't have ham too. But was very tasty. Pie even liked men of my family, who for things such as asparagus look puzzled and contemptuous turning away from the vegetables to the side of meat and sausages. The dough won me over with its tenderness and fragility, the filling is unusual and piquant. Oh and about the cheese crust and not speak. In a word, welcome!

Cooking
Oil mixed with cottage cheese and egg.
Add the flour and salt. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate until until ready for filling.
Asparagus peel and boil until soft.
Red onion chopped, parsley finely chopped.
Chili remove the seeds and cut it into thin stripes.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream, two eggs, nutmeg, add parsley and a pinch of salt.
The dough, remove from refrigerator, spread on the form, making bumpers. I have a form 20x30 cm
Asparagus cut into pieces with a length of about 4 cm, put on the dough, put on top the onion.
Put on onion finely chopped ham.
Pour all of the filling. Sprinkle with cheese. I used Edam cheese, the taste is not very expressive, so to spice even added a little blue cheese. Ideally you'd use Parmesan or any other cheese trendy with a more pronounced taste.
To the top scatter the pieces of chilli and put the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Then look at the oven because I have 35 minutes burnt pepper. The smell in the kitchen is just stunning!
Then take out the pie from the oven, let cool. From the form comes out easily, I baked without paper, there were no problems.
Please help yourself to a delicious slice. Bon appetit!
