Multigrain bread lean
Useful bread so good to eat adults and children. This is not sweet bread, but not crackers. Although the crunchiness of the bread depends on your preferences.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    60 g

  • Oat flakes

    60 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    50 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    25 g

  • Sesame

    25 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

The dough is prepared quickly, so the oven, turn on heating a t 170 degrees. Small coat the baking pan with baking paper. Mix seeds, flours, and cereal.

In a separate bowl mix water, soy sauce Kikkoman, olive oil, and I wanted to add a pinch of salt.

Mix the dry and liquid ingredients until smooth. Get liquid, fluid dough. Pour on a baking sheet in a thin layer, even out and bake for 10 minutes. Next take the bread and cut into desired pieces. Return the pan to the oven and continue to bake another 40-50 minutes or until desired hruskoci.

Let the bread cool slightly and divide them in sections. It seemed to me that the bread a little dry, so separating them again, I put the bread on a baking sheet and returned to the oven for another 10 minutes.
