Description
Have you ever tasted fried pickles? I think most will say "no", but in vain! Remember that as a class we often went on picnics in the woods, and naturally took with them the sausages to fry on the bonfire. So, when the sausage was over we started to fry everything that comes to hand-cucumbers, tomatoes-and it was very tasty! Remembering his happy childhood, I made this zapekanka, where next to the cucumbers and potatoes sauteed spinach, broccoli and cauliflower. I want to add that my husband does not eat anything of the above, except for potatoes and cucumbers, but this he ate in the two accounts, saying it was the most unusual thing he ate vegetables, but this pot is absolutely great!!!(spinach):) For the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Cooking
Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices, dry and fry in vegetable oil.Blot excess grease with a napkin.Salt.Not to salt the potatoes before frying in oil, because it is thus moistened.
Cucumber wash, cut into slices.Slices of cucumber dipped in vegetable oil, breaded in flour and fry in a pan until Golden brown.
To do exactly the same with broccoli, cauliflower and spinach.Vegetables do not require defrosting. The amount of vegetables I pointed out the approximate because it all depends on your taste.
Put layers of roasted vegetables in a thick-walled dish, garnish with tomatoes and then in the oven for 5-10 min.
Serve sprinkled with dill. Bon appetit!!!!!
