Banush — traditional Hutsul dish prepared exclusively by men over an open fire. Of course, home plate will not replace the open fire and smell of smoke will not attach, but worth a try :). Very interesting and unusual dish. And siteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee e!!! For those who don't know who MTN, explains: Hutsul is a Ukrainian wild: -) well, and in fact is a resident of Western Ukraine.
