Dietary crumble with apricot jam
Almost savory, but at the same time a delicious crumble. This dessert will take care of your figure and good health!

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    8 piece

  • Flakes cereal

    20 g

  • Oat flour

    60 g

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Grape seed oil

    1 Tbsp

Halves of apricots put in a sieve to drain the excess syrup.

I'm too lazy to bother with whole almonds, so I just rastolkli almond flakes in a mortar.

In a bowl, mix the cereal, flour and ground almonds. Add 2 tablespoons of apricot jam TM D arbo and oil.
