Fruit sushi
Diversify offer lean cuisine. These sushi can be prepared with Your favorite fruit.

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk

    250 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Figure

    125 g

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

  • Pineapple

    150 g

  • Coconut shavings

    40 g

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

  • Berry

  • Mint

Cooking

Wash rice in several waters.

To the rice add water and coconut milk,

On the stove bring rice to a boil, then on low heat cook the rice for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the vanilla and leave the rice to cool for about 2 hours.

Clean and wash kiwi fruit, cut into 4 pieces. If You have fresh pineapple, it is also wash, peel, cut into small pieces. I have canned pineapple slices, I just poured the syrup.
