Pizza dough
Italian recipe. The recipe for this test I have laid out complete with a recipe of the pizza. However, I would like to upload the recipe with step by step photos. Myself again I will add that this recipe pizza will always be! What recipes I tried, stopped still on it. I assure you that once you try it, you will make pizza more often.


  • Flour

    500 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    10 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp


The products that we need: flour, water, yeast uncooked, olive oil, sugar, salt. I suggest to use raw yeast. In an extreme case, of course, you can take and dry (but, personally, I'm not a fan). Usually written on the package what amount of flour calculated one pack of dry yeast.
In a bowl pour about half the warm water (not hot!), dissolve in it the sugar, add the yeast. In the other half of water to dissolve the salt and add olive oil (and later to add oil like I did).
In another container pour the flour. To do in the middle of the recess. In this deepening pour the yeast and then the water with salt and olive oil.
To mix dough until, until it will not lag behind hands.
Mixing bowl greased with olive oil (a little), put the dough.
I always shift in a bigger bowl. About as much happened.
Cover the bowl with a towel and set in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours. Tip: you can pre-heat the oven to its lowest temperature (mine is around 50C) and then turn it off. To put the dough. Nothing will happen. It is suitable in such circumstances, well very good.
And here is the result! The dough press down, divide into 2 parts. Get 2 pizzas with a diameter of about 30 cm. Pizza I bake just 15 minutes at 180C, during this time, the dough will be ready. All successful culinary experiments!
