Pie with cheese and spinach
Cheese is to the remarkable products which are good in themselves, or in combination with other products. Take, for example, cheese pies. This is a real poem of taste, which is overwritten each time you cook a new cake recipe. Offer its own version of the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    145 g

  • Mayonnaise

    35 g

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Adyghe cheese

    350 g

  • Spinach

    50 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Mix the margarine (room temperature), sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, soda.

Add the flour and knead soft elastic dough that will not stick to neither hand nor to the table. Remove in the freezer for 30 min or in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into two equal parts. A big roll out and put into a form, making a side.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Greens and spinach finely chop. Mix everything together, if necessary, potseluem. Put into the form.

Roll out the second part of the test. Cover with it a pie, the edges fastened. Make a fork punctures. Greased egg. And put into the oven for 50-60 mins at 180*C.
