For this bread you need to prepare the dough that will stand the night. 150 g flour sift into a bowl, add the yeast, dissolved in 100 ml of warm water. Knead the dough. The bowl, cover with cling film and leave overnight in a warm place.
By morning the dough all in the bubbles - well risen.
In the morning the dough sift the remaining flour (350g), add warm water with salt and sugar (200 ml water+ 1H. l. sugar + 2 tsp salt) and pour vegetable oil.
Knead the dough, put it in a bowl, top cover with a lid or cling film. You can even wrap a towel and put in warm place to rise for a couple of hours.

On the table, sprinkled with flour, formed into a loaf, put it on a baking sheet, top cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.
