Try my recipe of Easter cake "Creamy". Delicate, airy, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    525 g

  • Yeast

    38 g

  • Milk

    160 g

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Sour cream

    85 g

  • Condensed milk

    80 g

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Chocolate milk

  • Salt

Cooking

The dough: 2 tbsp sugar + 2.St.l. flour mix.

Add 110 grams of warm milk. Stir well.

Add 38 g of fresh yeast. Stir to avoid lumps. Costs 30 minutes. Increases in volume three times.

The rest of the flour to sift.

50 g milk + 100 g sugar + pinch of salt + 5 yolks + 85 g of sour cream + 80 g condensed milk (not boiled) + 80 g of margarine (melted) = whisk.

The sourdough looks like.

In the sifted flour add the yeast mixture and the milk + sugar + salt + egg yolks + cream + condensed milk + margarine. Knead the dough.

The dough stands 30 minutes (in a warm place), increases in volume. Abenaim dough. Worth another 30 minutes, so again another 30 minutes and put in a mold (fill half of the ramekins). Is until increase a little in size.

The pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Put in oven for the first 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees, and then another 40-45 minutes at 150 degrees. Hot remove from the molds. Vzbit 3 protein with 200 g of sugar until thick foam. Hot grease. Decorate with grated or chopped chocolate milk with nuts. Bon appetit!!! A happy Easter to You!!!
