Diet Apple bread
Regular replacement of high-calorie dessert!!! Delicious, fast, easy; from the series: mixed, put it in the oven, once or twice.... ready!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Rye flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Buckwheat flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

  • Oat flakes

    0.75 cup

Cooking

Mix all dry ingredients, add Apple,...

...add the egg.

All mixed.

Add the yogurt little by little. It took me one glass. You should get a thick mass.

Vystelim form foil and brush with a little oil (I have olive).

Mass spread on a baking sheet in a thin layer....

...divide with a knife into squares and put in a preheated 160 degree oven for 40 minutes, then another 10 minutes at 200 gr. for crust. Cooking time depends on the thickness - the thinner, the faster.
