Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix with curd mass. Knead the dough.

Divide the dough in half. Half still half. I baked two pies. Small parts are on the basis, large bumpers. Cover the dough with a towel while you prepare the stuffing.
step-3
In a pan fry the meat to change color (pale). Garlic 1.5 onions finely chop, add to meat. Add the tomato, a little put out. Pour in wine, chopped tomatoes. It is better to scald and remove the skin. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
step-4
Add salt, pepper, parsley. If the filling is runny, thicken 1 tbsp flour. Boil. Leave to cool.
step-5
A large part of dough roll out into a rectangle. Sprinkle grated on a coarse grater cheese. Roll into rolls.

In the middle put the filling, sprinkle 1/2 of the onion (cut it into half rings), cheese. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
