Rolls on the website, of course, very much, but (do not throw sneakers!:)) I could not resist not to put this French roll that is baked specially for my husband, he hurt me nostalgic :)

Cooking

step-0
For a start, separate the yolks from the whites.
step-1
Mix the yolks with sugar and beat into a soft mousse as it should. Add the sifted flour and starch.
step-2
Separately, beat into a soft mousse whites until peaks, adding a pinch of salt.
step-3
Add whites to yolk mass and gently mix.
step-4
It turns out here is the lush dough.
step-5
Warm up the oven to 150 degrees. Zastelil oiled parchment paper a baking sheet and pour the dough rethrownew his spatula. I baked two rolls instead of one because I wanted for it to be thinner, because my husband loves it so. :)
step-6
Cook the jam or preserves. I took strawberry to please a loved one, and the second roll is made with blackcurrant jam. Lay out a towel and get ready to the folding roll, you must act quickly!
step-7
When the dough is browned and begin to remaining from the paper, pull it from the oven and quickly flip over on a towel paper up, remove it carefully and roll the biscuit into a roll.
step-8
Just press and roll back. I cut the edges because they dry quickly and smeared a layer of jam.
step-9
Quickly roll into a roll and pressed against the hands for a few seconds. The roll should not be broken, but on the contrary, should be very flexible to fold and to unfold.
step-10
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar. You can cut and serve. For Breakfast the husband ate so that from the bedroom I heard cracks behind the ears :-) help yourself soft French rolls!
