Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar until creamy, add the flour, zest, honey. Small portions pour the milk, all beat well (not to foam).
The oven is very heated, somewhere 220 degrees, along with the molds-flat better than ceramic, but not glass. Forms must be oiled with vegetable or olive oil. Do not remove forms from oven carefully pour on them the milk mass, layer up to 2 cm Bake about 20-30 minutes until the consistency is like pudding and browned.
